Initial appointment + 3 follow up weekly appointments
So we get to be together for 8 weeks. Exciting i know right.
This package is my all encompassing experience, equipping you with the knowledge, tools and experience to be able to take control of your health so you’re able to thrive and go after your dreams.
Week 1 is all about establishing your goals and dreams, going through your health history and creating a holistic healing road map, that sets the intention for the next 8 weeks.
This week dives into the subconscious - exploring your limiting beliefs, the stories we tell ourselves and creating awareness around our habits.
Week 3 see’s us creating your individualised “meal plan” (which just means an abundance of nutrient dense foods) and shopping list.
I’m going through your pantry, fridge, snack draws and explaining why certain foods aren’t beneficial to our health and why others enable us to thrive.
This week we start to heal the body - starting with the gut.
Our gut is the epicentre of our wellbeing, so ensuring we have a strong, optimised micro biome is the foundation for the rest of the weeks, and your life.
WEEK 5 & 6
Continuing with healing the gut, week’s 5 & 6 we address any hormonal imbalances that may be happening.
As each individual is different, different protocols and approaches are required, so we’ll be looking into your sex hormones, adrenal and stress hormones, hunger hormones and thyroid hormones.
This week may require additional saliva hormone testing to determine whats going on inside.
Week 7 see’s us diving into the importance and role of sleep hygiene. We optimise your sleep routine, which will in turn, balance your hormones, strengthen your gut and ensure an abundance of energy and vitality.
In our final week, we stack our lifestyle choices and habits to the previous weeks’ actions. Managing and mitigating stressors (both external and internal) is what week 8 is about, with a focus on meditation and journalling as 2 key practices.
We then tie everything together, reflecting back on the 8 weeks’, the changes we’ve made and new habits we’ve adopted.
