Our skin is made up of 3 layers; with the availability of nutrients and our bodies homeostasis determining it’s juiciness and attractiveness.

This guide is all about teaching you how to improve your skin; from the inside out - because thats where sustainable slowly skin starts from.

The guide if split into 6 key parts;

The first part is an introduction into the physiology and function of the skin.

With the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous layer. These three layers have differing roles, with the epidermis being The Protector; protecting us from the outside world. The Dermis is the architect, and gives our skin structure and support, and the subcutaneous layer The Insulator; insulating us.

Each layer requires specific nutrients to function optimally; and when there’s an inadequacy, disruption &/or imbalance within our layers - we experience acne, break outs, blemishes, wrinkles, fine lines, roasacea, eczema and blackheads.

The second part is all about our face and explains:
A) How gut, liver and hormone health impacts our skin.
B) Identifying your skin type, what’s driving your skin imbalances, and products and supplements recommended.
C) The ingredients to look out for in your face and beauty products, as more often that not, these toxic compounds are adding fuel to the fire.

The third section focuses on body skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and back-ne – and what drives these skin imbalances. We also get into guys and how testosterone impacts the skin.

The fourth focuses on how to heal our gut, optimise our livers function and balance our hormones - nourishing our skin from the inside out.

The fifth goes through supplement support, listing the brands and products that will help you get your best skin, as well as healing your gut, supporting your liver and sex hormones.

The sixth section includes a 2x week glowing skin diet + recipes and shopping list
