Our gut is the epicentre of our wellbeing and is made up of 3 key components;

All 3 together create a barrier from the outside world and us. With our intestines only being one cell thick and 75% of our immune system located just outside the gut wall, learning how to protect and strengthen our gut is vital
Week 1 set us up to nourish and protect our gut, through reducing inflammation and encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria.
