Vegetable soup is a staple of winter. We’ve found a higher protein version of your favorite vegetable soup. This recipe includes green beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots, and celery. All the better – this soup only needs one pot. Easy clean up!

We can’t get enough of Trader Joe’s buffalo chicken dip, so we found a warm soup to substitute for the winter. This soup can be made on a stovetop, a crockpot, or an instant pot. With 4 servings per recipe, try this for your next Sunday meal prep.
