OPTION 1: 3 MONTH LIFESTYLE RESET

The 3 month lifestyle reset program is a 1:1 nutrition counseling intensive in which your registered dietitian coach will guide you through our proven 6 step method. He or she will first provide you with your customized calories and macros and help you understand how to track what you eat through the My Fitness Pal App. He or she will be able to view your diary and provide personalized feedback for improvements to your diet, while respecting your food preferences. This flexible dieting method allows for us to work with whatever food intolerances or restrictions that you have. Pricing starts at $600 per month ($1800 total). HSA/FSA funds & Some Health Insurances also accepted.

Logistically, you will meet with your nutrition coach every other week through video calls via our HIPAA-compliant software system (healthier). The first session is an hour-long intake call and every session after that is 30 minutes. Within each meeting, you and your nutrition coach will discuss the previous 2 weeks (both struggles and successes) and solidify the lifestyle changes you’re making. At the end of each session, you’ll set specific goals that help you transition from calorie-tracking to intuitive eating such as increasing fruit and vegetable intake and establishing an exercise routine. By the end of the program you should feel confident to navigate healthy eating without having to track, and instead rely on your improved overall eating pattern.

For added accountability, your nutrition coach will message you every week to see if you need any additional support. PLUS you have access to your coach throughout the week through that same messaging system to vent about a bad day, ask a last minute question about eating out, or even celebrating that new low weight! You will also have access to weekly nutrition education modules that explore various topics such as the hunger and fullness scale, explaining what macros are, etc. This helps clients feel more connected to the program when they are not meeting with their coach and also provide tips that are not covered in the sessions. We make sure that you are motivated and held accountable throughout this whole process to ensure client success.

 Don’t want to commit to a full 3 months? Feel like you know what to do but you’re wondering if you’re just missing 1-2 habits? Want to just check if you’re eating the correct calories and macros? This is the session for you!

 

The Nutrition Tune Up is one individual session intended to provide an overview of what you need to do to achieve your desired health goals. You will meet with one of our registered dietitians who will provide you with you your customized calories and macros while also reviewing some of your biggest barriers to weight loss and overall health. You will walk away with specific tips on the challenges you’re facing as determined after reviewing your My Fitness Pal Diary, a couple recipes for inspiration, and a 3 day personalized meal plan based on your specific nutritional needs. Pricing starts at $350 for the 1-1.5hour session.
