WHO IS THE MILLENNIAL NUTRITIONIST?

IT WAS ALL A DREAM.. (I never read Word Up Magazine)

My mission is to empower, inspire and equip millennials (and the world) with the experience, knowledge, strategies and support to take control of their health, so they're able to go HAM after their dreams, create epic change and thrive in life.


So i guess i'll start with my story.

Now that I'm a Nutritionist (6 attempted degrees later) I feel like it was always meant to be. Like Bey and Jigga. 

I (aka Eliza Hedley) have always loved creating food, and the fact that the foods we consume get morphed magically into our cells, neurotransmitters, hormones, tissues, and just like keep us alive is soon cool.

I experienced the typical "normal" symptoms that so many of us millennials experience - epic brain fog, fatigue, bloating, etc. and originally started my journey by being a vain bitch and thinking if i started working out i'd have a good body and that'd = happiness (lol).

But then, i realised how awesome it made me feel, and then started to accompany my movement with eating more nutritiously dense foods, you know, like vegetables? the polar opposite of the generic accepted social classification of "foods" which i was used to eating (aka processed, nutrient empty foods). 

And then that expanded my energy to new heights, and then i started consuming content and reading books, and working on myself, and just went on this epic giant journey of self-exploration and discovering my purpose (which is why you're reading this).

And realised that these 4 key pillars of mindset, movement, nutrition & self-love are paramount in living an abundant epic life. And I'm compelled to share that with other millennials and help them to feel their best ever, so as a collective we can positively impact the world and human race for the better. 

And also to help shape culture, that taking care of yourself, nourishing your body and mind, IS COOL. not fast foods and energy drinks.

I've also always loved and been fascinated by how the body works, and why it does what it does. And so i decided to follow my passions and studied a BHSc, majoring in Nutrition & Health Promotion.

And so we combine all these things and that = THE MILLENNIAL NUTRITIONIST
