Nutrition can be uncomplicated. And you don’t have
to follow any harmful fad diets, either.
When Illa began her dietetic work in a hospital, she noticed just how many people were in need of more preventative nutrition care. She was working with many patients who had cancer, heart disease, cirrhosis, diabetes, and more, and realized that so many knew nothing about how nutrition could have prevented their illnesses. And so, The Millennial Nutritionist was born, aiming to fill in the gaps and educate other millennials. Her vision is to match passionate and non-judgemental registered dietitians with committed clients in order to help more dietitians feel like they are making a lasting impact for clients that are desperate to live a healthier lifestyle.
MEET OUR COACHES
All of the coaches on our team have the same purpose: to help clients understand that food isn’t the enemy. You can have some drinks with friends and not lose your progress. You can order chips and guac from a Mexican restaurant and still be within your weight loss plan. We all want to help you increase your overall quality of life and know that food and weight loss is just one part of that. Let us show you that weight loss isn’t about being miserable; it’s about understanding how food can help you achieve your goals and making peace with it.
