With our monthly challenges, you can focus on one goal at a time. Each month will have a new theme and we’ll provide information to help you achieve each challenge.

This will help you with the challenge! If you aren’t partaking in the challenge, these will still be super helpful as you can use the information in your daily life as well. Examples include: 5 ways to decrease calories on your Starbucks coffee, how to add in more vegetables to your diet, and how to use myplate for the holidays. We receive so many questions on and offline and will be answering them for you here! We’ll select a couple each month to answer so that you don’t have to seek out answers from non-credible sources. We want to help you on your nutrition journey, but know that there are so many people out there claiming to to be “experts.” Registered dietitians are the only experts you should trust to answer your nutrition questions!
