My 3 Month Lifestyle Reset program is 100% virtual (through FaceTime or Zoom) to save you time so you can get on with your life. I am based in Raleigh, NC but I can see clients from anywhere! Working together, we will tackle the barriers that you have previously struggled with in order to help you lose that weight. We will focus on three key areas:

Program Details

If you want to kickstart your weight loss and build life-long health habits along the way, this is the program for you!

Sustainable weight loss takes time, and I want to be there with you to correct any misinformation, sort through negative relationships with food, and help you stay motivated along the way. I will teach you basic nutrition information through calorie and macro tracking so you can fully understand the relationship between what you eat and your weight.

No more guessing! Calorie tracking can be intimidating on your own, but we will show you how using this tool can teach you why fiber, protein, carbs, and all other nutrients are so important for weight loss. You will be able track your relationship with hunger and fullness based off of the amount of calories and macros that you eat. Research suggests that life-long weight loss is best achieved through tracking, which is why we use this tool. However, we use a flexible dieting approach and do not believe any foods should be eliminated from your diet. You will learn to make food choices that work for you and will support your weight loss journey.

This package includes a 1 hour initial consultation where we’ll take a deep dive into your current nutrition habits, health history, and lifestyle to develop a personalized plan for you. We will identify problem areas to work on along with short and long term goals that are realistic. We will start you on a structured calorie and macro plan that will be tailored with your food preferences along the way. This will help balance your hunger hormones and keep you from guessing what you should be doing. After 2 weeks of this meal plan, you can change the food pattern for what works for you.

You will have 6 additional 30 minute follow-ups every other week where we will help you to reflect on the progress you have made and why something isn’t working. We will always be adjusting to make the plan work for your lifestyle (instead of making your lifestyle fit the diet). We will provide solutions for hunger, meal planning, grocery shopping, recipes, and emotional eating at each follow up appointment. You will also have email communication with us between follow up sessions if you have questions. Towards the end of the 3 months, we will prepare you to stop tracking by helping you to reflect on what has worked for you throughout the weight loss coaching program. You will learn how to make healthy choices without tracking so that you can feel confident to continue this journey in whatever situation you are in.
