5 Easy Low Calorie Recipes for the Boat and on the Water
Written by Jordyn King BS, MS
Here are some easy, simple, and healthy recipes for when you’re on the boat. Sometimes it can be challenging prepping for boat days considering you have such little space. Additionally, you might not always want to eat out at high-end restaurants on the water. As an alternative it’s important to have creative recipes on hand. A tip is to stock high-protein option on your boat so your crew can be energized throughout the fun boat day. The best tip I can give you is to plan ahead and always have paper or aluminum foil in your boat. Additionally, wrapping each hot individual serving item of food in aluminum foil is best for the boat since it is an easy clean up for when you are finished with your meals. For cold foods you can always store them in a tupperware container in your coolers for easy access. Enjoy!
