4 Easy Recipes to Spring-Clean Your Fridge and Pantry

In need of a quick meal that you can make with ingredients you already have? These four recipes are easy, versatile, and tasty, so you won’t need to make that extra trip to the drive-through or the grocery store. Keeping these recipes in your end-of-week meal rotation will save you tons of time and money!

Frittata

Frittatas are a great go-to for when you need to use up the produce items in your fridge that are on the brink of going bad. The only ingredients you need are eggs, cheese, and whatever vegetables you have. This basic frittata recipe will allow you to have dinner on the table in twenty minutes or less. 

 
 


Kitchen Sink Soup

This is another great recipe for using up the leftover veggies in your fridge. To make kitchen sink soup, all you have to have is a protein (ground beef, chicken, beans, lentils), some type of broth, and whatever produce is left in your fridge or pantry. You can also add in your favorite herbs and spices or just keep it simple with salt and pepper. Quinoa Bowls
