Is your program just meal plans?

  • No; I counsel through behavior change as this is long-lasting for health. I can help you think of meal ideas if this is what you need. I can also review your weekly log and provide suggestions on what to change. I have not had a client that needs a meal plan for weight loss and find that many of my clients are able to keep eating the same foods with some tweaks.

Is there a specific starting date for your online weight loss program?

  • No; you can sign up at any time.

What diets do you feel comfortable working with?

  • Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, “picky eaters”, dairy-free.

What conditions do I feel comfortable working with?

  • Diabetes, post-bariatric surgery, thyroid conditions, diabetes

What conditions do I not work with?

  • Eating disorders.

What are my payment options?

  • Pay in full or choose 3 monthly payments.

Do I offer discounts?

  • I offer a 20% discount for a renewal of an additional 3 months of the program; I also offer $40 back to each client who refers a new client to me (and they sign on).

Will there be any additional materials provided that I can keep beyond the 3 months?

  • Yes; at the final session I make a personalized health plan for you with habits that you have been successful with and recommendations for what to continue to improve.

  • Various templates: Goal tracker sheets, reflection sheets, snack ideas, tips for successful weight loss, tips for successful tracking, anything else you need!

  • 12 Nutrition Education Topic Videos.
