Did you know that you could lose weight while eating fast food??

Yes Way!! Us busy millennials don't have time to cook all of our meals, and sometimes we have to resort to on-the go meals. But what does that leave you with? Mostly high calorie fast food because it's super easy to grab. I get it! But what if I told you that you can lose weight while eating fast food? That's right!!

Now I do not recommend for my clients to eat fast food for every meal for overall health reasons, but my program is all about making healthy choices wherever you are. I think a lot of people view fast food as “all bad” and just go all out for their meal. But my clients lose weight while eating fast food!

I had a client recently who had tried every diet out there. She was ready for professional help from me for lasting weight loss. She was convinced that she had to cook all of her meals from home to lose weight and would stress herself out about re-arranging all of her plans to make this happen. She had a family emergency one week and had to eat mostly fast food. And she still lost weight that week! She realized that she didn’t need to stress so much about making all of her own meals but instead just to learn how to stay within her calorie deficit no matter where she was eating.
