After a year of counseling clients and serving our audience on social media, we saw a need for a space for millennials to be continually inspired to live their healthiest (and best) life. The best way to serve this is through a membership program, where you can build a community with other like-minded members while receiving grocery lists, monthly educational content, and challenges to keep you truckin’ through your health goals. Whether you are on a weight loss journey and just need to be reminded to keep your goals front of mind or enjoy our realistic approach to health, this membership is for you!

Weekly Recipes & Grocery List

Because everyone loves all the recipes we give out on blogs and the email list, we wanted to provide some more recipes with all of the calorie and protein breakdown so you can easily pick what works for you! We also provide a downloadable grocery list so you can save it to your phone and have a plan once you get to the grocery store.

Monthly Nutrition Challenges with PRIZES

That are designed to be so so easy, but at least keep you engaged in your health journey. From seasonal vegetables to try, myplate to implement, and steps to get in, it can seem like you should be focusing on so much to meet your health goals! But with our monthly challenges, you can just focus on 1 goal at a time and also see how others are accomplishing the same goals for continued inspiration! Each month will have a new theme and the PDF, food demo, and educational videos are designed to help you achieve the challenges.

Bonus Monthly Educational Video

Because you can never learn enough about nutrition am I right?? So many of our clients say that they love learning from us during our sessions, so we’re going to continue that with bonus topics for you! From grocery store tours, to deep dives into trendy nutrition topics, or even just a tutorial, we’ll provide you with the education you need to keep your health journey informed and realistic.

Grab your ingredients and cook with one of us! Watch us explain why different ingredients are important in meals and how to keep your calories low while you’re making food that can help you achieve the challenges.

Monthly Q&A Video with a Coach

We are always getting so many questions through instagram, tiktok, and real life so join the membership and we’ll answer them for you! We’ll select a couple of questions each month to answer in a pre-recorded video so that you don’t have to seek out answers from non-credible sources. We want to help you on your nutrition journey, but know that there are so many people out there claiming to to be “experts”. Registered dietitians are the only experts you should trust to answer your nutrition questions!

Monthly Downloadable Tip Sheet

To help you with the challenge! If you aren’t partaking in the challenge, these will still be super helpful as you can use the information in your daily life as well! Examples include: 5 ways to decrease calories on your Starbucks coffee, how to add in more vegetables to your diet, and how to use myplate for the holidays. Save the pdf to your phone and pull it out in a time of need!

Community

I find that my clients do so much better when they feel supported and have friends with them for encouragement and ideas. If you feel like you don’t have enough of this in your daily life, or want to feel supported with a community who is excited to live their realistic healthy lifestyle (The Millennial Nutritionist way) then this is for you! You’ll be able to see others’ challenge submissions, form groups with those from similar areas, with similar grocery store preferences, or even fellow pelatoners! No more feeling influenced by your friends who are trying to get you to start the next fad restrictive diet. PLUS- if you’re an alumn of The 3 Month Lifestyle Reset, you’ll have a private space to continue to discuss your goals and progress. Come hang out with us for a more non-judgemental and wholistic approach to healthy living! Noted-the community aspect is completely optional and you can still just absorb the helpful videos and recipes without having to post anything if you don’t want to!
