Toxins in our bodies can affect our hormones, energy levels, our moods, our energy and our mental capacity. Some supplements and certain medications can do more harm to our bodies. I reviewed this new trendy reNU Truvy detox supplement to seek out some of the claims of this product.
What is reNU Detox ?
This product claims it is used to cleanse your body of the toxins that can build up and slow down your lifestyle. The ingredients are pure and naturally sourced. From the Truvy website, claims reNU Detox is designed specifically to cleanse your body of toxins it comes in contact with, supports normal bowel and liver functions, can provide a foundation to create new healthy habits and routine and supports mental clarity. ReNU also claims it can support healthy bowel and liver functions, and helps with personal weight loss goals.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Side effects of reNU include fatigue and tiredness. The laxatives and diuretics in the pill have also been reported to interfere with the elimination of electrolytes.

Proprietary blends mask the dosage and strength of each ingredient in the blends because the customer doesn't know truly how much each ingredient is in the product. Proprietary blends can be a challenge to seek if the weight loss product is truly effective for weight loss since we cannot confirm how much of each ingredient is in the product. Look into each ingredient on the nutrition facts labels and seek out any ingredients that you are not familiar with and research any findings, so you know your product is safe for you. All we know from this label is there is 686 mg of this blend of natural ingredients. Additionally, we have to be careful with proprietary blends because we could be over supplement on products we are unaware of.

There are so many negative elements that our bodies can be exposed to each day whether they be environmental, stress-induced, or unhealthy food choices. However, too much supplementation over time can also harm our bodies. Removing toxic or harmful processed is one way to detox and cleanse the body, but we can do that easily with food. From your mouth to your colon, your intestinal tract both digests foods and helps to eliminate toxins. Research shows there are specific foods that can help your body boost its detox power. Here are some foods that can help with your boost your gut microbiome and detoxify the body while promoting weight loss:

In Conclusion…
Due to the lack of research, I have personally found for each ingredient on TruVy Boost product, I would not recommend this supplement to anyone. I believe improving your eating habits, lowering caloric intake, and taking a multivitamin daily will keep you healthy while losing weight and keeping your gut clean! As a nutritional professional, I emphasize the need for sound research and nutritional evidence that can back up claims from product labels on supplements. There has been minimal clinical trials and research that TruVy has completed to suggest that their product improves weight loss or detoxify the body. Also, many of the supplements of this brand have too many side effects to make the investment worth it. I couldn’t find any side effects on this product due to lack of research being done on reNU. We need to remember, supplements are not a weight loss solution. Overall, I would not trust this product mainly due to the proprietary ingredients and lack of research for Truvy Products.
