3 ways to enjoy Fall favorites that align with your goals:

  • Pies, bars, muffins and breads: If baking is your thinking, consider sharing what you make with friends and family or freeze some for another day to avoid overindulging.

  • Gameday parties: You can’t always control the food at these events so consider bringing something nutritious like a dip made with Greek Yogurt. Not only is it satisfying but you get your protein too!

  • Festive Fall Beers: There is a plethora of delicious fall beers to enjoy this season from dark stouts to pumpkin ales. Enjoy them if this is your thing, but keep in mind moderation as those calories add up fast.
